Hello and welcome to module 4 – Principles of Web Design

 To build a great website, it’s important to have strong foundational knowledge of color theory, typography, layout and composition. Understanding how to build trust and credibility through web design is also a critical component to the user experience. When you bring everything together, you create an environment that substantially improves the chance for a website visitor to take action.

 In this module, I discuss the theory and importance for each of those foundational components. When you’re done, you’ll understand what, why and where you should put certain elements in a website.
