Module 3 - Introduction and Overview

Hello and welcome to module 3 - Wordpress plugins

Nearly every website will need at least a handful of plugins with more complex sites using dozens of different ones.  In this module, I review and demonstrate several plugins that I believe many of you will likely use with most of your websites.

As best I can, I’ve included free plugins as well as premium plugins that can perform any given function.

There are literally thousands of plugins available with many different plugins providing similar functionality. It’s not always easy to decide which one to use. In some cases, it will come down to personal preference. The plugins I’ve selected for this module are a mix of personal preference and best option available.

With that said, it’s my intention that this module will be a bit of a living repository of plugins. If I come across a great plugin that adds functionality that I believe most of you will use on a regular basis, I’ll add a new video to this module on that plugin.

If you have a favourite plugin that I don’t talk about, please let me know in the comments section below as I love to find what others are using.

Finally in full disclosure, I’ve included affiliate links for many of the premium plugins but I’ve also included a non-affiliate link. While I appreciate if you use an affiliate link, I don’t want you to feel obligated to do so.

Welcome again and enjoy the lessons
